Mens Auxillary Membership Application - This application is for those interested in joining the Men's Auxillary componet of the VFW. This application is for people who would like to join that have had family members (grandparents, parents, etc) serve in the military
Women's Auxillary Membership Application - This application is for joining the Women's Auxillary componet of the VFW.
General Membership Application - This application is for anyone that has served in any branch of military that would like to join.
Membership Dues Form - This form in PDF format that you can easily print from your computer will explain the different membership levels and dues.
